HOW TO START PLANNING A WEDDING WITH THE CHAOS COORDINATOR’S BOX?

Every inspiration & design included in The Chaos Coordinator’s Box will be the most accurate steps and suggestions we have to offer! However, as with most wedding planning, changes are definitely going to happen. You may increase guest count; change your color scheme, increase or decrease your wedding budget or your venue may be scaled differently than the layout that we provide. The items included in the box are a guideline for you to follow and meant to be adjusted as you continue to design your wedding day. Our goal is to offer you our best wedding planning resources, recommendations and advice with the hope that you will use them to shape your wedding into the one that you have envisioned!

WILL THE CHAOS COORDINATOR’S BOX FILL THE NEED OF A DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATOR?

We recommend hiring a day of wedding coordinator in addition to The Chaos Box! A day of coordinator will keep your mind at ease while executing all of your hard work.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY WHITE BOX?

Your Chaos Box will be stylishly packaged & delivered to your door in 1-2 weeks once you fill out your questionnaire and schedule a consult.

ONCE THE BOX IS DELIVERED CAN I STILL COMMUNICATE WITH A TEAM MEMBER FROM THE WHITE BOX?

Once you receive your box, we feel like you will have everything you need to plan your wedding like a pro. However, we understand that questions may arise in regard to what is included in The Chaos Box and we don’t want to leave you alone in the chaos! Many of your questions can be answered here in the FAQ’s or on our blog. In addition, you are welcome to send an email to hurneventsinfo@gmail.com with questions. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

IF I HAVE QUESTIONS WHILE THE BOX IS BEING CONSTRUCTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Feel free to send an email to hurneventsinfo@gmail.com with any questions or additional information. We will take additional information into consideration before putting the finishing touches on your custom box as long as the information is received before we mail your package.

I PURCHASED THE BOX, BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

We are sorry to hear that you are looking to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 48 hours and receive a full refund.

WHAT IF I DISLIKE THE SUGGESTIONS MADE FOR ME IN THE BOX? DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We are human and that means that every once in a while we might miss the mark! We would never want you to feel dissatisfied or unhappy with our suggestions. Although we do not offer refunds once you have received the box, we will gladly speak with you about your concerns. If we don’t do a good enough job (it happens, but pretty rarely, we think) or you feel like we just can’t fit your needs, we do guarantee your happiness. We absolutely want to make it right!

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE INSPIRATION IMAGES AND SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS?

While you are certainly not required to upload inspiration images and share social media accounts we definitely recommend it! We want to get to know you! We are a visual team and getting photos and access to your social media accounts will help us to understand your style, likes, dislikes, and interests that much better. We think that this will help us to create a more custom Chaos Coordinator’s Box for your wedding. Share what you are comfortable with and know that your privacy is our priority!

WHY DO I NEED A WEDDING BUDGET AND A FLOORPLAN?

We cannot tell you enough how important a wedding budget will be throughout your planning process. Our budget tool is going to keep you on track with your spending, as well as allow you to edit and make changes as you book and purchase wedding-related items!

A layout of your reception space is really helpful, not only for you, but for your vendors as well. The layout will give each vendor a suggested space at your reception so there is no confusion on where they should set up. The layout is also going to show you how to set up your space in a comfortable way so that your guests can enjoy an inviting atmosphere at your wedding.

I AM NOT THE BRIDE, CAN I FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR HER?

It is so nice to want to help the bride by answering the questionnaire for her; however, our questionnaire is quite specific and answering the questions is such a fun part of the experience for the bride. Also, our team of designers will need the brides exact details in order to make sure that we are creating the perfect White Box for her needs.
