Partial Wedding Designer Collaboration Package

The Partial Wedding Designer Collaboration Package is designed for the couples who need assistance during the last five months of their wedding planning (the busiest time). We can help you complete the event designs that compliments your vision and budget.

After your initial consultation, five months prior to your wedding, one of our consultants will complete any unfinished wedding plans. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for your families, the wedding party, guests and vendors. We’ll conduct the ceremony, reception according to your specifications, so your day is flawless. Your Hurn Events Manager will guide your vendors through set up according to your timeline.

Hurn Events Management will be available to you on an on-going basis. You decide how involved you want to be in the planning.With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and enjoy every minute of your wedding experience. 30% Deposit Due at the time of signing. All services must be paid fully, 30 days before the event. Mileage will be added on if outside the 25 mile radius.

Phase 1

-2 hour complimentary consultation to sign contract, finalize deposit payment and to discuss design and budget. (Coffee is of course included!!)
-Budget Template with explanation on how it will be used throughout planning
process
-Month by Month Timeline Design


Phase 2

-Services begin 5 months before event date Wedding Day Management
-Review vendor deposits and payments due
-Transportation Coordination (within couples budget)
-Guest Gifts & Wedding Party Gift Coordination
-Welcome Bag Coordination
-Planning/Booking of Rehearsal Dinner
-Management of Wedding Party food day-of during getting ready process (if couple
chooses)
-Marriage License Information
-Seating Chart & Floor Plan Designs
-Liaison to the Venue to review banquet orders
-Relay final headcount
-Up to 2 one-hour site inspections at Ceremony & Reception venue
-Personalized Timeline of scheduled wedding weekend
-Day-Of Timeline
-Contact and Confirm all hired vendors and distribute wedding timeline to each
vendor via email and paper

Ceremony

-Location setup and coordination of vendors
-Guest guidance and assistance
-Procession and Recession Guidance
-Handle all personal items for ceremony and reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
-Distribute any final payments & gratuities to vendors as client suggests (paid by the client)


Reception

-Location setup and coordination of vendors
-Guest guidance and assistance
-Procession and Recession Guidance
-Handle all personal items for ceremony and reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
-Distribute any final payments & gratuities to vendors as client suggests (paid by the client)
-8 hours on wedding day with a Hurn Events Coordinator (additional hours available)
-Post reception cleanup
-Emergency Wedding Day Kit (if needed)
-Conduct final lighting, sound and temperature of room
-Cue guest of honor and family for special moments (cake cutting, dances, toasts, etc)
-Coordinate return of all rental items
