Month-of Wedding Management Package

The Month-of Wedding Management Package is designed for the couple who have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day. We prefer to help you cover all your bases instead of showing up for “Day-Of” Coordinating. Your wedding is important to us and this package reflects that, we leave nothing last minute or “Day-Of”!

We tie any loose ends, so you will be at ease. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline.

Hurn Events Management will be available to you on an on-going basis. You decide how involved you want to be in the planning.With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and enjoy every minute of your wedding experience. 30% Deposit Due at the time of signing. All services must be paid fully, 30 days before the event. Mileage will be added on if outside the 25 mile radius.

Phase 1

-2 hour complimentary consultation to sign contract, finalize deposit payment and to discuss design and budget. (Coffee is of course included!!)
-Vendor Referrals for any needs you may still have left
-Wedding Day Design Guidance


Phase 2

-Services begin 4 weeks before event date
-Day-Of Timeline
-Wedding Weekend Timeline
-Confirm vendors and final payment completions
-Ceremony Rehearsal; up to one hour

Ceremony

-Location setup and coordination of vendors
-Guest guidance and assistance
-Procession and Recession Guidance
-Handle all personal items for ceremony and reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
-Distribute any final payments & gratuities to vendors as client suggests (paid by the client)

Reception

-Location setup and coordination of vendors
-Guest guidance and assistance
-Procession and Recession Guidance
-Handle all personal items for ceremony and reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
-Distribute any final payments & gratuities to vendors as client suggests (paid by the client)
-8 hours on wedding day with a Hurn Events Coordinator (additional hours available)
-Post reception cleanup
-Emergency Wedding Day Kit (if needed)
-Conduct final lighting, sound and temperature of room
-Cue guest of honor and family for special moments (cake cutting, dances, toasts, etc)
